• AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE WEB SITE PROVIDER
   

  • For purposes of this agreement, the "WEB SITE PROVIDER" consists of the Seattle School District,  the West Woodland Elementary School, and their volunteers, agents and assigns. The "West Woodland Elementary Web Site" includes all web sites and web pages maintained by the West Woodland Elementary School and its associated Web Site Committee.
     
  • The West Woodland Elementary Web Site is offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification the terms and conditions of this agreement. Your use of this web site constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions.
     
  • The WEB SITE PROVIDER DOES NOT make any warranties express or implied concerning the contents of this web site. The contents of this web site are provided AS IS and for informational purposes only.
