KIDS’ INC 2006-2007 OPEN ENROLLMENT NIGHTS APRIL 12
· Location: KIDS INC. Office South end of West Woodland School on the corner of 4th Ave NW and NW 56 St.
· Time: 6 PM Expect to be here for 1-2 hours. You will leave with confirmed enrollment and a contract.
· Amount Due: $25 Registration Fee (Non refundable) $50 Security Deposit (refundable with a 30 day termination notice)
· What to Bring: Complete Immunization Records: We cannot enroll children with incomplete/insufficient records. Emergency Contact Information: Names, numbers and addresses of alternate pick up person/s. Medical Information: Date of last physical, Dr Name and Number, Dentist Name and Number, Insurance Policy Name and Group Number.
Seattle School Enrollment Confirmation is necessary for enrollment into Kids’ Inc. If you have not received your mailed confirmation before our Open Enrollment Nights, Please contact enrollment services at 252-4765 (North), 252-6800 (South), 252-7750 (Bilingual). They can provide verbal confirmation.

Full or part-time rates PreschoolThe Panda group ages 3-5 Full Day 7:00 am - 6:00 pm Theme based approach is woven throughout the environment to support our philosophy that children learn through artistic and creative play. Our experienced staff helps guide children in developing their social and emotional skills. Children are separated into small groups to stimulate cognitive development. Our excellent ratios allow for individual attention to children's interest areas. School-Age CareBefore School Care: 7:00 - 9:15 am After School Care: 3:20pm - 6:00pm The Cougar Group: Kindergarten The Grizzly group: First & Second grades The King Snakes group: Third through Fifth Grades Children are provided morning and afternoon snacks.
